Very Green Diva will not knowingly sell any products or include any ingredients or materials from our exclusive line that are considered to be detrimental to humans, animals or the planet. If discovered that something encourages animal cruelty, unfair trade, non toxic or is deemed to be not Eco-friendly we will immediately remove the product from our store.

Shipping Policies
All orders are generally processed within 48 to 72 hours. If your order is placed on the weekend or holiday it will be placed on the next business day. Are regular businesses hours are Tuesday thru Friday. All products follow these shipping guidelines unless otherwise stated in the product description and is subject to change. Return Policies
All returns must be received by Very Green Diva within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping costs. All items are subject to a restocking fee of 10% per item. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. . Due to health regulations, items such as pillows, bedding, towels, personal care products, baby products and cosmetics are not returnable. Please email us at support@verygreendiva.com before returning or exchanging a product so that we could issue Return Item # to insure that your return is processed accurately and quickly. In the case of returning a damaged article, please save all shipping material. 20% restocking fee will be applied to unused returned items without their full packaging. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. We recommend you use registered post to ensure safe delivery. Please include your order#, name, address, phone number as well as the reason for the return.
